Barn rental packages

The event space rental rates will vary based on your selections for your event as well as the days of the week that you choose. Guests are limited to 180 inside the barn, additional guests can be accommodated with outdoor tents on our expansive brick patios. We hold a security deposit for cleaning and/or damage of $500 that will be returned after the event.

The barn rental rates include the barn, conservatory, brick courtyards.

Weekend Package includes the brick home, barn, conservatory, courtyard and brick patios.

Packages to Choose From

• Daily Rental Packages – Monday through Thursday – Daily rate $1500 (8am to 11pm)

• Friday and Sunday Rental Package – 1 Day $3000 (8am to midnight)

• Saturday Rental Package – 1 Day $4500 (8am to midnight)

• Weekend Package – $5500 ( 3 day rental package Friday morning through Sunday evening). Includes access to Chateau.
Plus a $500 non refundable hold the date fee at booking confirmation

If needed, we are happy to provide wedding planners and decorators.

historic brick home

The Historic Home has 3 furnished bedrooms. A bridal suite with a queen bed, large walk in closet ( perfect for to hang your wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses and a large bathroom with 3 makeup mirrors. Guest suite with two twin beds. Each with their own bathrooms. Large bedroom on the main level with full bathroom. You have access to the full house with functional kitchen, parlor, dining room, living room and sitting room off of the bedrooms and basement with TV , couch and foosball table.
